You might not cross paths with them everyday, but our team is behind each one of our achievements:
- District Managers: 75% of our District Managers live within a 60-minute drive of campus. They are on-site to oversee the operations, handle special events, and continually develop the chef.
- Procurement Manager: works to find the best food vendors to meet our clients’ needs, and works to negotiate the best pricing for those products.
- Human Resources: manages all personnel, the recruiting of new employees, the training of all new employees, and day-to-day HR functions.
- Finance Department: ensures that vendors are paid and monitor expenditures
- Operations Team: the Account Managers lead the team of District Managers and provide a home office contact for chapter leadership.
- Technology: technology helps our staff of 200+ nationwide stay connected to each other, manages the day-to-day operations of our mobile app, and all internal systems.

BILL REEDER, PRESIDENTAfter enduring years of poor food quality, cost overruns, attendance issues, and theft in his own fraternity’s kitchen, Bill realized there was a need for a better Greek food service company. With the skills and experience that made him successful in the financial services industry he has grown the operation to serve over 140 chapters in multiple states. JOE NELSON, VICE PRESIDENTJoe got his start at Campus Cooks way back in 2004 and over that time has worked as a Chef, Training Manager, Regional Supervisor, Information Systems and Project Management (and more), before settling into his current role. Email Now
SUSAN ZEITZ, DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCESOne would think a background consisting exclusively of Human Resource Management would mean an individual lacks interest for the hospitality industry. Au contraire! Susan has been a part of the hospitality industry for over twenty years. From Hyatt to Brunswick, she knows service (and like any service industry professional, food is always involved at some point). STEPHEN COVELESKI, FINANCE MANAGERStephen joined the Campus Cooks team back in November 2018 as an AP Specialist before settling into his new role of Finance Manager. He has a strong passion to maximize the financial aspects of the company to help the company grow and contribute to a great culture. His interests lie in International Travel after studying in London, England for Graduate School as well as catching any river monsters he can find in the closest body of water. Email Now
WILLIAM WOHLT, DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONSWill joined Campus Cooks in 2015 as a Regional Supervisor, and brings over 25 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry. His love of food was inspired at the feet of his mother in her family kitchen. Her love of fresh food straight from the garden and amazing baked products opened his eyes to what food could be. He was later inspired by 20-30 years of international travel and living in an Indian household. His favorite thing to do is to shop the farmers market each Saturday and cook a weekly family dinner inspired by that day’s purchase for his wife, kids, grand-kids and anyone else who shows up. KAREN BRENNAN, DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETINGKaren brings 20+ years of experience from the travel, meeting, event, and hospitality industries. She leads the sales and marketing team and is responsible for the strategic sales growth of our business. Her excitement to create customized service models for clients, develop the team and cultivate warm and trusted relationships are in perfect alignment with our values. JAMES SWANSON, SOUTHEAST REGION
James started with Campus Cooks back in 2007 as a Chef. He was drawn to the company because of the control that was offered to him in the kitchen, as he had come from an environment that used cycle menus and predetermined recipes. He honed his talent as a Chef and continued on, working in several regions as a Supervisor and in his current Sales role. James’ balance of hard work and maintaining a fun and inviting environment led him to help grow several campuses across the country.

ANGELA BARDEN, MIDWEST REGION
Angela started with Campus Cooks in fall of 2019. She is responsible for our Midwest Region of accounts and business development. Prior to joining the team, she spent seven years in the senior care industry as an Administrator and twenty years prior to that in the hospitality sales & catering industry. Every element of the Campus Cook’s ALPHA drew Angela into wanting to be a part of the Campus Cooks family. Angela is always looking for ways to continue to grow personally and professionally. Through her role with Campus Cooks she is able to blend her professional goals and personal goals together.
When she isn’t working she loves spending time with her husband and kids traveling.
MEGHAN TYNES, SOUTH REGION
Meghan started with Campus Cooks in the Fall of 2019. She graduated from Texas A&M University, where she served on the executive council for Gamma Phi Beta. For the last decade, she has built a career in sales & marketing. She joined the Campus Cooks team with a commitment to make everybody’s Greek experience as great as hers was. She made many lifelong friendships at her chapter house, many of which started at the dinner table. When not working, Meghan enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs.
