Bill uncovered a need for a better Greek food service while a student at Northwestern University. His fraternity, Phi Kappa Psi, changed cooks three times in four years and key frustrations were poor food quality, cost overruns, attendance issues and theft. To balance competing priorities of academics and leadership commitments to his fraternity brothers, Bill hired a local caterer to improve quality and service for his brother’s midyear, while positioning them for success in future years.
